Sandy Rios

Sandy Rios started her career in education in 2000 as a guest teacher for the Kent School District and has moved her way up to most recently serving as the Assistant Principal at River Ridge Elementary which is the newest elementary school in KSD.  She holds a bachelor’s from Central Washington University, a master’s in education from Lesley University and earned her principal credential at U of W in the Danforth program.  Her proudest accomplishment is opening a brand-new school and working on systems and culture.  She enjoys traveling to Mexico to reconnect with her roots.
